Slot Avengers is built and operated by Slot Intel LLC — a hospitality-technology and marketing company. We never touch the game, the wager, or the win — and the Nevada Gaming Control Act is written precisely enough to show where that boundary sits. These are the statutes that define it, and how the product and the partnership are engineered to stay on the right side of each one.

The gaming-licensure trigger
It is unlawful for any person … to deal, operate, carry on, conduct, maintain or expose for play in the State of Nevada any gambling game, gaming device, slot machine, race book or sports pool … without having first procured … all federal, state, county and municipal gaming licenses.
Our position: Slot Avengers performs none of these acts. Every machine our app describes is owned and operated by the licensed property. Our software has no connection of any kind to a gaming device or the floor systems behind it — licensure under NRS 463.160 attaches to the property, where it already exists, not to us.

Interactive gaming
“Interactive gaming” means the conduct of gambling games through the use of communications technology that allows a person … to transmit to a computer information to assist in the placing of a bet or wager.
Our position: No gambling game is conducted through Slot Avengers and no bet can be placed, funded, or settled in it. The app tells a player where a machine is; the wager only ever happens on your licensed floor. The interactive-gaming framework therefore does not reach the product.

How we structure partner fees
A license is required where services are furnished “for any interest, percentage or share of the money or property played” — but not where payments are “a fixed sum determined in advance on a bona fide basis for the furnishing of services.”
Our position: This is the statute we structured the entire commercial model around. Partner sponsorship is a fixed fee agreed in advance — never a cut of gaming win, never a percentage of coin-in. That keeps every partner agreement inside the express statutory exemption and outside the licensure requirement.

Player-advantage devices
It is unlawful to use any device, software or hardware “designed, constructed, altered or programmed to obtain an advantage at playing any game,” including projecting the outcome of the game or analyzing the probability of the occurrence of an event relating to a game.
Our position: Slot Avengers is built to stay categorically clear of this line. The app publishes discovery information — machine locations, themes, denominations, amenities — that is observable by any patron and approved by the property. It never touches game outcomes, live game state, or probability analysis, so the statutory “advantage” (information not made available as part of the game) never arises.

Information services
“Information service” means a person who sells and provides information to a licensed sports pool that is used primarily to aid the placing of wagers on events of any kind.
Our position: Nevada’s regulated “information service” category is about wagering data sold to sports pools. Slot Avengers sells nothing to a sports pool and publishes no wagering-aid data — the category does not apply.
What “sponsorship” means here — and what it doesn't
Day One partner sponsorship is a commercial marketing and technology agreement: a fixed fee, agreed in advance, for defined services and a contractual exclusivity covenant — our commitment that Boulevard properties adopting the platform later can never target marketing at your property through it. It is not equity, not a security, not a profit interest, and not a share of gaming revenue. That keeps the arrangement a straightforward vendor contract for your compliance team — no gaming-license nexus on either side of the table.

Nothing branded with your property appears in the app without your sign-off. Campaigns are human-reviewed before launch.

If the Nevada Gaming Control Board or Commission ever takes an interest in any surface of the product, we engage early and adapt the product — compliance is a design constraint, not a legal afterthought.
