Official Rules — Slot Avengers $25,000 Origins Drawing

1. Sponsor

The Slot Avengers “$25,000 Origins Drawing” (the “Sweepstakes” or “Promotion”) is sponsored and administered by Slot Intel LLC, 304 S Jones Blvd #7822, Las Vegas, NV 89107 (“Sponsor”). The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc., Google LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any casino, gaming establishment, airline, hotel, fuel retailer, or prize manufacturer. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to Sponsor, not to those entities.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to natural persons who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, excluding residents of New York, Florida, and Rhode Island, and who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is void in New York, Florida, Rhode Island, in all U.S. territories and possessions, outside the United States, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, officers, directors, members, managers, contractors, and agents of Sponsor and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and prize suppliers (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”), and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live) and persons living in the same household (whether related or not) of each such person, are not eligible to enter or win. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

3. Agreement to Rules

By participating, you (the “Entrant”) agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. You represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements.

4. Promotion Period

The Sweepstakes begins on May 28, 2026 at 12:00:00 p.m. Pacific Time and ends on the earlier to occur of (i) the date and time Sponsor reaches ten thousand (10,000) total paid Origins Society members — defined as the combined count of paying Origins Member and Origins Legacy tier purchasers, and expressly excluding free Origins Club email/newsletter subscribers who have not purchased a paid membership — or (ii) December 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time(such earlier date, the “End Date,” and the full period the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes. Sponsor will determine the End Date in its reasonable discretion based on its records, and that determination is final.

5. How to Enter — No Purchase Necessary

Entries are awarded as “Entry Points.” Each Entry Point constitutes one (1) chance in the random drawing. There are several free ways to accumulate Entry Points. No purchase or payment is ever required, and a purchase or payment will not increase your odds of winning.

• (a) Free Online Registration (Origins Club). During the Promotion Period, register for free at www.slotavengers.com/drawing by joining the Origins Club with a valid email address and your U.S. state of residence. Upon verified registration you receive a one-time Sign-Up Entry Point award determined by your sequential registration number, per the schedule in Section 6. Limit: one (1) registration per person and per email address.
• (b) Free Activity Entry Points. After registering, you may earn additional free Entry Points by completing no-cost activities made available by Sponsor from time to time (which may include daily check-ins, completing chapters of the Slot Avengers Strategy Guide, time-limited free bonus windows, and referring other persons who register for free). The current activities and their values are published at www.slotavengers.com/drawing and are incorporated into these Official Rules by reference. All such activities are free and require no purchase.
• (c) Optional Purchase Bonus and Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE). Sponsor may award bonus Entry Points to participants who purchase a Slot Avengers membership or product. Because no purchase is necessary, an equal number of bonus Entry Points is available for free by mail. To receive the same bonus Entry Points without any purchase, hand-print on a 3" x 5" card your full name, complete address, the email address used to register, your date of birth, a daytime phone number, and the words “Slot Avengers $25,000 Origins Drawing — Free Bonus Entry,” and mail it in a #10 envelope with sufficient first-class postage to: Slot Intel LLC, Attn: $25,000 Origins Drawing — Free Entry, 304 S Jones Blvd #7822, Las Vegas, NV 89107. Limit one (1) AMOE request per outer mailing envelope and one (1) AMOE request per person per day. Each valid request receives the same bonus Entry Point value then offered to purchasers. Mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, or photocopied requests are void. Mail-in requests must be postmarked during the Promotion Period and received no later than five (5) business days after the End Date. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, postage-due, or undelivered mail.

Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, generated by script, bot, macro, or other automated means, or that otherwise do not comply with these Official Rules may be disqualified in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Use of multiple identities, email addresses, or accounts to exceed entry limits is prohibited and is grounds for disqualification.

6. Entry Point Tier Schedule (Sign-Up Award)

Sign-Up Entry Points are awarded by order of verified free registration during the Promotion Period:

7. Prizes and Approximate Retail Value (ARV)

There are seven (7) prizes, with a total Approximate Retail Value of $25,000:

• Grand Prize: $15,000 in cash, paid by check or ACH. ARV $15,000.
• Second Prize: a “Vegas Vacation for Two” consisting of round-trip coach airfare for two (2) from a major airport within the contiguous United States nearest the winner’s residence to Las Vegas, Nevada, plus a three (3)-night hotel stay in Las Vegas. ARV $5,000.
• Third Prize: $3,000 in cash, paid by check or ACH. ARV $3,000.
• Fourth through Seventh Prizes: four (4) prepaid fuel/gas cards, each with a value of $500. ARV $500 each; $2,000 total.

Prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable. No substitution, cash equivalent, or exchange of a prize is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or portion of a prize) of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. The Vegas Vacation for Two is subject to availability, blackout dates, advance-booking requirements, and travel-provider terms; the winner and guest must travel on dates determined by Sponsor and must complete travel by the date specified by Sponsor. The winner and guest are solely responsible for all costs and expenses not expressly stated as included, including but not limited to meals, ground transportation, transfers, resort fees, incidentals, gratuities, baggage fees, travel insurance, passports/identification, and any applicable taxes. The guest must meet all eligibility requirements, and the winner must designate the guest and obtain the guest’s execution of a liability release prior to travel. If the winner is unable or unwilling to use any portion of a prize, that portion is forfeited; unused portions have no cash value.

8. Odds

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Entry Points accumulated by all eligible Entrants during the Promotion Period. Each Entry Point represents one (1) chance to win.

9. Winner Selection and Notification

On or about three (3) days after the End Date, Sponsor (or its designee) will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible Entry Points accumulated during the Promotion Period; each Entry Point constitutes one (1) chance. Prizes will be drawn in order, beginning with the Grand Prize. A potential winner will be notified using the contact information associated with the entry, by email and/or telephone, within five (5) business days following the drawing.

A potential winner may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where lawful) a Publicity Release, together with an IRS Form W-9 (or applicable tax form), within seven (7) days of attempted notification. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days, fails to return required documents within the stated period, is found to be ineligible, declines a prize, or is otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries, time permitting.

10. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes, and any other costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of a prize not expressly stated herein as being provided, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes with a value of $600 or more will be reported to the Internal Revenue Service, and Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 to the winner. Sponsor may require a winner to provide a valid Social Security number or taxpayer identification number for tax-reporting purposes as a condition of receiving a prize.

11. General Conditions; Right to Cancel or Modify

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, terminate, or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failure, human error, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor. In such event, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, conduct the drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the action taken. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or the website; to be acting in violation of these Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person.

CAUTION: Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, each Entrant agrees to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Promotion Entities, and each of their respective officers, directors, members, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, receipt, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, including without limitation any property damage, personal injury, or death. The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Entrants, printing errors, or by any equipment or programming associated with or used in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical failures of any kind, including malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines, internet, or network hardware or software; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (d) technical or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (e) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize. To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will the Released Parties be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.

13. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of the winner’s name, city, state, likeness, photograph, voice, and statements for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further notice, review, approval, or compensation.

14. Force Majeure

Sponsor is not responsible for, and shall be excused from any delay or failure in performance resulting from, any event or condition beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, governmental laws, regulations, or orders, war, terrorism, civil disturbance, labor disputes, pandemic or epidemic, fire, flood, severe weather, power or network failure, or other force majeure event. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, postpone, or reschedule the Sweepstakes in the event of any such occurrence.

15. Disputes; Governing Law; Arbitration; Class Action Waiver

Except where prohibited, each Entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will any Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law rules. The Entrant consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada for any dispute not subject to arbitration.

16. Privacy

Information collected from Entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at www.slotavengers.com/privacy. By entering, Entrants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their information as described therein, including Sponsor’s use of email addresses to administer the Sweepstakes and to send Sponsor communications.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

18. Winners List

For the names of the winners (available after the prizes have been awarded), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Slot Intel LLC, Attn: $25,000 Origins Drawing — Winners List, 304 S Jones Blvd #7822, Las Vegas, NV 89107. Requests must be received within ninety (90) days after the End Date.
