By downloading, accessing, or using the Slot Avengers mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Age Restriction (21+)
You must be at least 21 years of age to access or use Slot Avengers. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.
3. Not a Gambling App
Slot Avengers is strictly an information and tracking utility. No real money gambling occurs within the App. You cannot wager real money, win real money, or purchase currency that has real-world value. Any "points" or "credits" within the App are for status progression and promotional drawings only and have no cash value.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
No Guarantees: Slot Avengers provides data for entertainment and informational purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding machine performance, payouts, or winning probability based on the data provided. Past activity does not predict future results.
Risk Warning: All real-world gambling involves risk. You acknowledge that you participate in any casino activities at your own risk and discretion. Slot Avengers is not responsible for any losses incurred at any casino. Play Responsibly.
5. User Conduct & Content Moderation
You agree not to use the App to:
- Post content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of another's privacy.
- Impersonate any person or entity.
- Engage in any form of bullying or harassment.
Moderation Rights: We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines. We may suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly violate these policies.
6. Premium Intel Lists
Users may purchase access to "Intel Lists" containing curated machine data. These purchases are for informational access only and do not guarantee any financial return or gambling success. All sales are final.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Slot Avengers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
