Delete Your Account

Slot Avengers (operated by Slot Intel LLC) lets you delete your account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains how to request deletion and exactly what happens to your data.

Option 1 — Delete In-App (Fastest)

If you can sign in to the app, you can permanently delete your account yourself. The deletion is immediate and does not require contacting support:

  1. Open the Slot Avengers app and sign in.
  2. Go to Account (from your profile menu).
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm when prompted. Your account and personal data are deleted right away and you are signed out.

Option 2 — Request by Email

If you can no longer access your account, email us from the address associated with your account at support@slotavengers.com with the subject “Account Deletion Request.” To help us verify your identity, include the email address and/or username on the account. We will process verified requests within 30 days and confirm by email once complete.

What Data Is Deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove or irreversibly anonymize:

  • Your login and authentication record (email address, password credentials).
  • Your profile information (username, display name, avatar, bio, status/tier progress).
  • Your saved machines, collection, check-in history, and session data.
  • Your trophy vault, points balance, and app preferences/settings.
  • Personally identifying information attached to comments and machine reports you posted (the content itself is anonymized so machine data stays accurate for other users).

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will lose any points, status, promotional drawing entries, and access to any content associated with the account.

Data We May Retain

We retain a limited set of records only where required or permitted by law, and never for marketing after deletion:

  • A minimal, non-identifying deletion log (a record that a deletion occurred) for security and audit purposes.
  • Records we are legally required to keep (for example, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or promotional-drawing compliance records).
  • Backup copies, which are purged on our routine backup rotation (typically within 30 days).

Retained records are kept only for as long as necessary for the purpose above, then deleted.
